Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher Wilson White played in the minor leagues from 1914 to 1923 and in 1927, hitting .289 with 582 hits in 2,015 at-bats over the course of his 10-year career. He played for the McAlester Miners (1914, 1916, perhaps 1915), Waco Navigators (1917-1919), Wichita Falls Spudders (1920) and Springfield Midgets (1921-1923, 1927). He had his best years with the Midgets, posting averages of .295, .319, .299 and .321 in his years with the team.
He also managed the Midgets for the latter part of 1921 and in 1922.
