Biographical Information[edit]
2nd baseman Charley Stis played in the minor leagues from 1906 to 1914 and 1917. He spent the majority of his career at the class B level.
Stis managed various minor league teams in the 10's and 20's and was a minor league umpire. He also scouted for the St. Louis Browns, St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago White Sox, Boston Braves, and Detroit Tigers. He managed the Racine Belles for part of 1945.
