Biographical Information

Willie Jensen pitched six games in the majors in 1912 and 1914.

There is also a William Jensen who pitched for New Haven in 1912-14. Since Willie was purchased by the 1912 Detroit Tigers from New Haven, it could be the same person. Older editions of the baseball encyclopedia list Willie Jensen as born in New Haven, CT, although that information has since been corrected.
