Biographical Information

Will Vasseur has been on the Swiss national team.

He hit .279/.333/.337 as a freshman at Navarro College. In the 2023 European Championship, he hit 6th and played short for the Swiss team in their first European Championship game ever. He got their first hit, a 2nd-inning single off Israel's Itai Spinoza. He would bat .375/.423/.583 with five doubles and six runs in their six games, fielding .955. He led the team in runs (one ahead of Noah Williamson) and was one hit behind team leader Hayden Jung-Goldberg. His five two-baggers tied Alex Schmidt for the most in the event.
