Hayden Jung-Goldberg has played on the Swiss national team. He is the brother of Max Jung-Goldberg. [1]
With the Zurich Challengers in 2023, he hit .394/.453/.470. [2] He batted .231/.286/.308 in the 2023 Federations Cup. [3] When Switzerland made their first European Championship in 2023, he was their starting first baseman. In their opener, he batted 5th against Israel. He was hit by a pitch from Itai Spinoza his first time up. His next appearance, he grounded out to drive in Joshua Crouse with the first Swiss run in a European Championship. His first hit was off Belgium's Kevin Desmedt. He finished the event at .455/.566/.455 and handled 41 chances error-free. He led his team with 10 hits, tied for 6th in the event. [4]
