Biographical Information

Will Schierholz pitched for Butler University and Miami University of Ohio from 2011-2015. He earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a master's in Kinesiology and Health. He went on to play professionally for two years with the River City Rascals of the independent Frontier League. In those two seasons Schierholz had a 7-3 record with 3 saves and a 3.05 ERA.

Schierholz began his college coaching career even before he finished playing.

After the season he coached the Glendale Desert Dogs in the Arizona Fall League. Schierholz was then pitching coach for the Biloxi Shuckers in 2023-2024.
