Biographical Information

Will Peterson attended the College of St. Scholastica where he was a student manager for the baseball team during the 2020 season. He joined the team's coaching staff as an assistant coach in charge of pitchers for the 2021 season and remained there through 2022. At some point in 2022, probably later in the year, he was named interim head coach of the Saints. In addition to his work at St. Scholastica, Peterson was active with the Duluth Huskies who played in the summer collegiate Northwoods League. In the summer of 2019 he was a Scouting Analytics Coaching Hybrid (SACH) Intern with the Huskies. He moved up to an assistant coaching position in 2021 and returned in that role in 2022.

Peterson left both of these jobs to join the St. Louis Cardinals as a coach for the Memphis Redbirds in 2023 and Peoria Chiefs in 2024.
