Wilfredo Flores (El Salvador)

Wilfredo Flores starred for the Salvadoran national team when they won the 1990 Central American Games, their only baseball Gold in any international event (through 2018). He allowed only one run in 16 innings while winning twice for the champs. He led the Games in ERA and tied Carlos Hebbert for the most wins.
