Biographical Information

Wei-Ju Chen played in the CPBL for 4 years.

Chen was drafted by the Brother Elephants in the 16th round of the 2009 CPBL Draft, and he hit .254/.310/.333 in the minor league in 2010. He recorded a .250/.282/.289 batting line in 2011, but he then went 4-for-26 in 2012. Chen's batting line was .133/.172/.169 in 39 games in 2013, and he only played 3 more games with the big club before he announced his retirement in 2015.

Overall, Chen had hit .201/.236/.235 with 53 hit in 4 seasons in the CPBL.
