Biographical Information[edit]
Wayne Albury coached at Pikeville College (?-1991), Union College (1992-1994), University of Rio Grande (1995-1996), and Lambuth University (1997-?). In 2002, he set a school record for 47 wins while at Lambuth. At the high school level, he coached Sonoraville High School and Bethlehem High School. He also managed the Portsmouth Explorers in the independent Frontier League in 1995, going 28-41.
Albury was head baseball coach at Peru State College from 2011 to 2023, except 2016 which he spent teaching high school in Florida. He then became baseball coach and athletic director at Lighthouse Christian College in 2024 [1].
