Biographical information[edit]

Wande Olabisi was an outfielder in the San Diego Padres minor league system.

Prior to playing professionally, he attended Stanford University. He played in two games for them in 2007, though he didn't get an at-bat. In 2008, he played in 16 games, though he had only four at-bats, hitting .250 with five runs scored. He hit .255 with six home runs and 28 RBI in 43 games in 2009.

He was then drafted by the Padres in the 30th round of the 2009 amateur draft (signed by scout Noah Jackson), beginning his professional career that year with the AZL Padres. He hit .255 with 11 stolen bases in 43 games with the AZL Padres that season. In 2010, he hit .256 with 15 stolen bases in 70 games for the Fort Wayne Wizards. He hit a combined .224 with 25 stolen bases in 100 games between the Wizards and Lake Elsinore Storm in 2011, his final season.

Overall, he hit .241 with 51 stolen bases in 213 games.
