Walter Monje was the oldest player on the Bolivian national team in the 2013 Bolivarian Games, 9 years older than the next player, Alvaro Rodriguez. The 38-year-old went 1 for 9 with a sacrifice hit and five whiffs while fielding .765 at short (four errors); his lone hit came off Guatemala's Hans Werner.
