Biographical Information[edit]
Walt Miller pitched three games in the majors for the 1911 Brooklyn Dodgers, a team which went 64-86. He was the same age as teammate Jake Daubert.
Miller is not to be confused with Walter "Jake" Miller, a later American League player.
Walt was born in Spiceland, IN, around 50 miles east of Indianapolis, IN. He died in Marion, IN, northeast of Indianapolis.
Among other minor league teams, Walt pitched four years for Grand Rapids and three years for Fort Wayne, winning 20+ games three times in the period 1905-1911.
