Vladimir Dubrovsky was the starting right fielder for the Russian national team in the 1995 European Championship, hitting .238/.412/.429 and fielding .923. His six walks tied Dmitry Lukin for the team lead. He tied for the Russian League lead in doubles (7) in 1997, tied for 9th with 27 runs and was second with 21 steals.
