Victor Solis is a college coach. He coached at Brophy College Preparatory and Glendale Community College after finishing his bachelor's degree. He then went to Oklahoma City University for his MBA, working as an assistant coach in the meantime.

Solis was a coach at the University of Arizona for five years and at the United States Military Academy for two. He coached the US to a Bronze Medal at the 2007 Pan American Junior Games. He became the first head coach at GateWay Community College and also at Paradise Valley Community College.
