The Venezuelan women's national baseball team is a national team of Venezuela and is controlled by the Federación Venezolana de Béisbol. It represents the nation in women's international competition. The team is a member of the COPABE. They won their first event, the 2009 Pan American Women's Championship. Then, in the 2010 Women's Baseball World Cup, they beat defending Medalists Canada and the USA as well as eventual Silver Medal winner Australia in going unbeaten through seven games, the best start of any team. They then dropped three in a row, losing to Japan and Australia then dropping the Bronze Medal Game to the US. They got the Bronze in the 2015 Pan American Games, the first Pan American Games to include women's baseball. They then got a Bronze in the 2016 Women's Baseball World Cup as well, trailing only Japan and Canada.
