In re: to a template for the demographic information, Michael Eng has worked on this at times but it's not 100% ready. Jun-hyeok Yang is an example of his attempt at this. No one else has started using it yet while the kinks are being worked out. As for Burns, I understand replacing non-sourced material with sourced material (and wish people would do a better job of citing sources) but be careful when just copying and pasting over something.
