Tony Rombley is the father of Olympic outfielder Danny Rombley. Tony was named the best batter in Aruba's top league at age 19. He then came to the Netherlands and played in Hoofdklasse for Sparta, Haarlem Nicols, HCAW and Quick Amersfoort. He was head coach of HCAW in 1993 and of PSV in 2003. He also founded and ran the European Baseball School. He was the Cincinnati Reds' Aruba scout as of 2013.
