Toledo Maumees

From BR Bullpen

The Toledo Maumees were formed in 1888; the team first played in the Tri-State League for one season. The following year they moved to the International Association, where they were also known as the Black Pirates. In 1890 the team was invited to play in the American Association. At the end of the season, the team folded. To date, they are in no relation to the Black Pirates of 1892.
