Todd Genke was a minor league pitcher for nine years.

Genke debuted in 1993, going 0-1 with 10 runs in 8 innings for the Martinsville Phillies and 2-3 with a 6.03 ERA for the Batavia Clippers. With the '94 Spartanburg Phillies, he was a productive reliever (2-2, 2.39, 1.06 WHIP in 36 G). He did okay with the 1995 Piedmont Phillies at 3-2, 3.91 with a save. In 1996, the right-hander was 8-7 with 3 saves and a 3.53 ERA for the Salem Avalanche after moving to the Colorado Rockies chain.

Out of Organized Baseball, Genke joined the Sonoma County Crushers in 1997 and posted a 12-4, 4.18 record. He led the Western Baseball League in wins. He moved to the Schaumburg Flyers in 1999 and was 6-6 with a 4.34 ERA his first year. Back the next year, he improved to 5-3, 2.49, pacing the Northern League in ERA. He fell to 5-7, 3.80 his third year with Schaumburg and 2-4, 6.11 his last, 2002.

Genke had a 45-39, 3.95 record for his minor league career.
