Biographical Information[edit]

Brother of 1992 World Series MVP Pat Borders, Todd Borders was drafted by the Chicago Cubs out of high school in the 15th round of the 1988 June Amateur Draft. He played sparingly in his two Minor League seasons, hitting a total of .121/.152/.293. Defensively, he had four passed balls and one error in 12 total games catching and played one errorless game at first base.
