Biographical Information[edit]
Tiny Parker was a National League umpire from 1936 to 1938. He had started his umpiring career in the New York-Penn League in 1925, then had worked in the International League from 1927 to 1936, when he moved up to the senior circuit in August. He was back in the International League in 1940 and 1941 and was in the American Association in 1942.
