Tim Irish played one year in the minors, 1969. He went 9-5 with a 3.87 ERA for the Monroe Indians, finishing 9th in the Western Carolinas League in ERA. He also saved two games and handled 34 chances flawlessly to lead the WCL pitchers in fielding percentage.
