Thomas Schlagloth (Tommy Düx)
Biographical Information[edit]
Thomas Schlagloth played for Germany in the 1986 European Junior Championship, going 1 for 10 with a walk, two steals, run and RBI but fielding only .733 with four errors. [1] He was 2 for 10 with two walks and three runs for the German national team in the 1987 European Championship, with two errors in six chances. He was second on the team in runs, one behind Stephan Jäger. [2] He ended his Bundesliga-1 career in 1994 with the Zülpich Eagles, hitting .341/.400/.415 with a team-high 10 steals. [3] He later was a rock musician in Germany, under the stage name Tommy Düx. [4]
