Biographical Information[edit]

Theo Geerman pitched for the Aruban national team in the 1987 Pan American Games and 1987 Intercontinental Cup. He later played and coached in the Hoofdklasse. He was interim head coach of the Konica Minolta Pioniers at the end of 2001, head coach of RCH in 2002, pitching coach for Almere and then the Pioniers. He ended 2009 as interim head coach again, taking over for the Pioniers when Frank Koene stepped down. He held a similar role in 2010 when Bernie Beckman was let go late in the season. While 3B coach for the Pioniers in 2016-2017, he was 6-1 as manager when taking over for a suspended Dè Flanegin, once again serving as the interim boss.
