Thad Levine has been a General Manager.

Levine was Assistant Director of Baseball Administration for the Colorado Rockies (1999-2002) then director from 2002-2004. He became Assistant GM of the Texas Rangers in 2005 and remained there through 2016, when he was hired by the Minnesota Twins as their GM.
