Biographical Information[edit]
Tetsuya Tsuji has played in Nippon Pro Baseball. His son is NPB outfielder Ryutaro Tsuji.
Tsuji was on the Japanese national team in the 1969 Asian Championship and 1972 Amateur World Series. The Chunichi Dragons drafted him in the seventh round of the 1972 NPB draft.[1] He only got 3 at-bats, hit a single with the big club in 1973 for his lone stint with the big club, then he announced his retirement after the 1975 season.[2]
