Biographical Information[edit]
Teruo Kawawaki was a pitcher who represented Japan in the 2007 Baseball World Cup. Starting against Team USA, he allowed four hits (including a three-run Delwyn Young dinger) in 1 2/3 IP in a loss to Brian Duensing. His only other outing was two shutout innings of relief against Spain. Only Shoji Matsuoka had a higher ERA for Japan. He played for Tokai Rika in the Industrial League after college.
