Biographical Information[edit]

Terry McClure was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 8th round of the 2013 Amateur Draft from Riverwood International Charter School and played in their minor league system from 2013-2016. In those four seasons McClure hit .240/.324/.331 while appearing in 196 games. McClure spent the next two years playing in the independent Frontier League with the Gateway Grizzlies and Lake Erie Crushers. After his playing career ended, McClure earned an associate's degree in information technology from Georgia Military College.

McClure entered the coaching ranks in fall 2021 when he joined the Buford High School Wolves as a hitting coach and he continued in this role through 2022. He also worked for the Seattle Mariners in 2022 as a bench coach for the ACL Mariners.
