Tereza Němečková

Tereza Němečková was on the first Czech women's national team, having played softball previously, in the 2019 European Women's Championship. In her lone outing, she lost their finale against champion France, relieving Alena Langová in the 6th with a surprising 12-12 tie for the last-place Czechs. She retired Nahya Nguyen but walked Manon Delegue on four pitches. Eva Ventrubová relieved and Delegue would score to hand Němečková the loss. Her 27.00 ERA was well ahead of the team mark of 38.50 for the event, though, and was actually third on the squad behind Tereza Švingrová and Adéla Ondroušková.
