Temple Terrace, FL
Temple Terrace is located in western Florida, immediately northeast of Tampa, FL. It is named after William Chase Temple, one-time owner of the Pittsburgh Pirates, who developed the area in 1920 as an exclusive residential community built around a golf course and country club. Florida College is located here. Robin Roberts and Sammy Ellis died here.
