Tatsuo Saeki (佐伯 達夫)
Tatsuo Saeki helped to organize the Japan High School Baseball Federation in 1946. In 1967, he became the Federation's president.
Saeki was inducted into the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame in 1981.
