Would make sense. Would umps who already have categories (ex. Bob Davidson or Ton Hout) get the category too or is it just for umps who otherwise would be uncategorized? - --Mischa 08:46, 18 August 2008 (EDT)

I would say, any umpire that has an article and has worked a high-level international tournament (Olympics + qualifiers, World Cup, Pan-Am Games, WBC, etc) should be categorized under this. --Philippe 10:48, 18 August 2008 (EDT)
