Arthur "Ben" Egan is not the correct umpire. I suspect it should be John "Jack" Egan--the only Egan on the AL umpire roster in 1911. Arthur "Ben" Egan was still playing minor league baseball in 1911. He batted over 400 times for the Orioles that year; I doubt he had time for any MLB umpiring.
