Talk:Jody Davis
What # was he?
--
No idea about the #, but could people refrain from using currently in these bios? "Currently, he is 26 years of age" is fine now, but will someone remember to go back and update it on his 27th birthday...and 28th....and 71st...etc.? Why not use - "As of August 3, 2006" for such things. Or "Currently, he is manager of the Peoria Cubs"...will we update that when he moves on to another job? Using the date of the entry is more logical IMO - --Mischa 09:10, 3 August 2006 (EDT)
He wore #7, except for the beginningof his time with Atlanta, when he wore 8
son[edit]
His son is apparently an assistant coach at Presbyterian College [1]. The article says he pitched in the Cubs chain in 2005, but I don't see him. --Jeff 00:45, 2 March 2011 (EST)
This bio lists him as being in the Cubs chain then being injured. Maybe he signed and was hurt before pitching in a game? Or maybe it was resume inflation? Unless he was actually signed, I don't see Josh as being notable. - --Mischa 09:31, 2 March 2011 (EST)
