Talk:Jack Fournier
I question how "notoriously bad" his defense was. He led the league twice in errors in 15 seasons. Given 8-team leagues, that's about what one may expect for a an average or somewhat below-average fielder. Also, given that Fournier was an everyday player unlike lesser hitters, he was probably more likely to lead the league than most. His career fielding percentage was .984, compared to a league average of .989. Not great, but far from notoriously bad IMO. - --Mischa 14:17, 26 April 2009 (EDT)
I changed it up a bit. -Chisoxfan 14:58, 26 April 2009 (EDT)
