Talk:Jack Clark
A "Near Hall of Famer"? He didn't even get 5% of the vote to stay on the ballot for a second year. I really question this description. -Chisoxfan 17:50, 27 August 2006 (EDT)
OK, I changed it. I guess it depends on your definition of a Near Hall of Famer. He had 340 home runs and nearly 1200 RBI, and that's not too far from being a strong candidate for the Hall. He was certainly one of the biggest names of the era, much like Rocky Colavito. - Randy 18:00 27 August 2006 (EDT)
