Glen Hobbie had 16 complete games in 1960, but although he also had 16 victories that year, not all of his victories were complete games...on Aug 21, 1960, Hobbie pitched 6 innings in a 5-3 win over the visiting San Francisco Giants, and reliever Don Elston pitched the final three innings for the save.

In response to whoever posted this 4 years ago - you are correct, in fact Hobbie was 12-4 in his 16 complete games. --Jeff (talk) 03:11, 8 February 2016 (EST)
