Erstad is a grinder, someone whose contribution to his team extends far beyond his statistical records. Consistently gives himself up for the betterment of the team. Has started as a left fielder, center fielder and first baseman since arriving in Anaheim.

There is no 'I' in team and there is no 'I' in Erstad.
