Biographical Information

Ta-Hsiang Yang played in the CPBL.

Yang was selected by the CTBC Brothers in the 7th round of the 2017 CPBL Draft, and he pitched 4 games with a 13.50 ERA with the big club in 2017. He had a 6.43 ERA in 17 games in the minors in 2018, and his ERA was 6.23 in 11 games there in 2019. Yang allowed 14 runs in 6 1/3 innings in 2020, and his ERA was 3.77 in 16 games in 2021. He never had another big league appearance after his rookie year, and the Brothers released him after the 2021 season.

After pitching for the New Taipei City amateur team for a season, Yang signed with the TSG Hawks. He pitched 32 games in the minors in 2023, and his ERA was 3.46.

Yang's repertoire includes a fastball (peak 94.4 mph), slurve and forkball.
