Surf Stadium is a ballpark located in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It was built in 1998 and has a capacity of 5,500 people. It was the home stadium of the Atlantic City Surf, which played in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (1998-2006) and in the Canadian-American Association (2007-2008).
It was originally called The Sandcastle from 1998-2006. The naming rights were sold in 2006 and it changed to Bernie Robbins Stadium. After the team discontinued operations, the stadium sat unused for several years. However, the stadium was renamed in 2012 after the city of Atlantic City pumped some money into its upkeep.
