Stranger in Right Field is a Peach Street Mudders book by Matt Christopher. It is about Mudders right fielder Alfie Maples, who is worried that he is being displaced by a new player, Roberti Frantelli, as Maples is not one of the team's top players. Maples is really being asked to teach Frantelli for another reason, though.
