Catcher Stine Poole was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 8th round of the 1980 amateur draft. He played at AA for the Tigers from 1980 to 1982 with 16 games at AAA Evansville Triplets in 1982. On March 25, 1983 Stine was traded to the Minnesota Twins for Sal Butera. He played for AAA Toledo Mud Hens in 1983 and AA Orlando Twins in 1984 before leaving O.B.
