Biographical Information[edit]
Steve Hodges was a pitcher for Team Canada in the 1987 Intercontinental Cup. He signed with the Atlanta Braves after college. With the 1990 Idaho Falls Braves, he was 4-3 with two saves and a 3.56 ERA in 25 outings. In 43 innings, he allowed 35 hits and walked 23 while fanning 45. It was his lone season as a pro. His father Lowell Hodges had been a scout and his son Jesse Hodges would also play pro ball and for Team Canada. Steve later coached for Sisters High School and for the Victoria Eagles junior team.
