Biographical Information

The son of Jimmy Adair, Steve Adair was a college coach. Steve played football and baseball in college. He coached the University of Plano from 1971-1976 (at which point it closed), Southern Methodist University from 1977-1980 (after which the school dropped baseball, making him the last head coach at two different schools), First Baptist Academy from 1981-1987 and Trinity Christian Academy from 1988-2001. He died of bone marrow cancer.
