Cecil "Squiz" Pillion appeared in two games for the 1915 Philadelphia Athletics.

Pillion was born in Hartford, CT in 1894. He was 21 years old when he made his major league debut.

In 1916 he pitched for Raleigh.

His name appeared in a Baseball Digest article from February 1958 called They Made It Big as Teen-Agers. At the time, it appears he was thought to have been age 17 at the time of his debut.
