Smith Academy
Smith Academy was an exclusive private school that operated in St. Louis, MO from 1854 to 1917. Among its students was future Nobel Prize for Literature winner T.S. Eliot. After its closure, the Academy was replaced by the St. Louis Country Day School. It was for a time associated with the Manual Training High School. Vin Campbell and Solly Hofman graduated from here but Gussie Busch attended but never graduated.
