Biographical Information[edit]
Skip James was in 51 games for the San Francisco Giants in 1977 and 1978.
After winning the California League MVP award while playing for the Fresno Giants in 1972, he spent the rest of his minor league career in the Pacific Coast League, mostly with the Phoenix Giants. In 1977 with Phoenix he hit .308 and slugged .499.
