Biographical Information

Sid Benton was born in Arkansas, went to college in Arkansas, and died in Arkansas but his professional career took him out of state to see the USA. He pitched in one game for the St. Louis Cardinals, walking both batters he faced, and pitched in the minors at least in 1920 and 1922. He was with the Lufkin Lumbermen in 1916.
