Biographical Information

American-Taiwanese Shih-Chung Chen played in the CPBL.

Chen was drafted by the Wei Chuan Dragons in the 6th round of the 2021 CPBL Draft, and he hit .274/.361/.411 in the CPBL minor league in 2021. He debuted against the Fubon Guardians on November 21, 2021, but he stayed in the minors for the entire 2022 season. Chen collected his first career hit against Yun-Wen Chen on September 1, 2023, and he went 3-for-20 in that season with the big club.
